Tucker has spent over 25 years driving innovation in both startups and established companies. Co-founded Tadavo, an AI-driven product design platform, and FlashPoint Development, a consultancy focused on product strategy and engineering, as well as served as the Chief Development Officer at the Innovation Factory. Previously, he led engineering and product teams at Visteon and Ford Motor Company, giving him firsthand experience in large-scale product development and manufacturing innovation.
